Akeem Boudreaux, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically murdered on February 5, 2013, in Metairie, Louisiana. He was found dead alongside his transgender partner, Morris Alexander Williams, also known as Milan or Mimi, who was 26 years old. Both victims were shot in the head in their apartment located in the 2200 block of Edenborn Avenue. Their bodies were discovered nine days later by concerned friends who came to check on them.
