Herbert Noah Fischbach, a 47-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on February 20, 2021, in Metairie, Louisiana. Fischbach, who was known for his extensive experience in firearm sales and instruction, was fatally shot while at work at the Jefferson Gun Outlet.
