Devin Ranell Dunbar, a 21-year-old African American male, passed away on August 17, 2018, in Metairie, Louisiana. His death was a result of a shooting incident that occurred in the 1600 block of Colony Road. Upon arrival, deputies found Devin unresponsive on the ground outside a home, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
