In the early hours of a Saturday in November 2021, the life of 22-year-old Leroy Benn III was cut short in a fatal shooting in Metairie, Louisiana. The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office responded to reports of the incident and found Benn III suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene, marking another tragic chapter for a family that had already experienced profound loss.
