Death by Force

On March 18, 2013, 19-year-old Norman Louis "Errol" Briscoe, an African-American male from New Orleans, Louisiana, was found wounded inside a residence in the 800 block of Elmira Street in the Algiers neighborhood. Responding to reports of gunfire in the early morning hours, the New Orleans Police Department discovered Norman and promptly transported him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
