On December 25, 2021, Tyrane Forest, a 31-year-old man from New Orleans, LA, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in the Hollygrove neighborhood. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a business located in the 8700 block of South Claiborne Avenue. Tyrane Forest was found alongside another victim who was also shot but survived and was hospitalized. Emergency Medical Services transported both victims to the hospital, where Tyrane Forest later succumbed to his injuries.
