Casimere Rodney Quillens, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on January 4, 2010, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was found shot to death in a burning car on Pleasure Street. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. when police arrived at the scene and discovered the vehicle on fire. After extinguishing the flames, they found Quillens' body inside the car with multiple gunshot wounds.
