Neon 'Lil Munch' Arnold, an 8-year-old boy from New Orleans, LA, tragically died on November 23, 2022. The incident occurred inside a home in the Hoffman Triangle neighborhood. According to the New Orleans Police Department , officers responded to a report of a child shot in the abdomen in the 3200 block of Second Street shortly after 11 a.m. on that day. Neon was taken to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
