In the Central City neighborhood of New Orleans, a tragedy unfolded on the morning of November 23, 2022, that claimed the life of 8-year-old Neon Lil Munch Arnold. The young male was inside his home on the 3200 block of Second Street when a bullet pierced through a wall and struck him in the stomach. The incident occurred at approximately 11:00 a.m., and the child was rushed to a nearby hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
