Jestin 'Boogie' Kinard, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jestin was a sweet, introverted, and loving soul who had recently graduated from Andy DeKaney High School in Spring, Texas. He was employed by the Port of New Orleans as a Longshoreman and had a deep love for his hometown.
