Reggie Porter, a 27-year-old man, was fatally shot on August 20, 2007, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours at an apartment complex located at 1251 Wilcrest. According to initial reports, Porter was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
