Rafael Farias, age 46, was found dead in Houston, Texas, on October 1, 2013. His body was discovered by a passerby in an open area on Houston's South Side. Authorities indicated that Farias had suffered fatal injuries consistent with homicide, but no further details were available about the specific circumstances of his death.
