Duvander Haley, a 19-year-old male, tragically lost his life on July 14, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Second District officers responded to a call reporting a man shot in the 8500 block of Jeanette Street. Upon arrival, officers found Duvander Haley lying face up on the sidewalk, unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
