Death by Force

Tyler Ellis, a 15-year-old freshman at Warren Easton Charter High School in New Orleans, Louisiana, died on February 13, 2023, following a shooting incident. The shooting occurred on the 3000 block of St. Roch Avenue, at a home where Ellis lived. Police received the call about the shooting just before 9 p.m. and found that Ellis had already been taken to the hospital by the time they arrived. He died shortly after arrival at the hospital.
