Eula Mae St. Romain Diamond, an 84-year-old woman of African American ethnicity, passed away on October 21, 2013, at her home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Plaquemine. Eula was survived by her sister, Lily Simms, and was preceded in death by her husband, Delos "Smitty" Diamond, and her daughter, Karen Diamond. A private graveside service was held at Grace Memorial Park in Plaquemine on October 24, 2013.
