Sirena Franklin, a 39-year-old mother of three, was tragically killed on Monday, March 11, 2024, in the Tigerland area of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred when Franklin was picking up her mail at her apartment on Tigerland Avenue. A confrontation ensued between Franklin and another woman, Angelique Chatman, who had attempted to steal a package.
