In a tragic turn of events on a Monday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a mother's life was cut short in what began as a simple act of retrieving her mail. Sirena Franklin, a 39-year-old female, was at her Tigerland Avenue apartment complex on March 11, 2024, when an altercation erupted.
