In the quiet morning hours in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a tragedy unfolded that cut short the life of 38-year-old Andretta Selders-Fields. On a Tuesday morning in the fall of 2017, Selders-Fields was driving her vehicle in the 4000 block of Winbourne Avenue when she was shot.
