Ibrie Combs, a 3-year-old African American girl, was tragically killed on September 4, 2020, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred while she was riding in a vehicle along a Louisiana road. According to Baton Rouge Police Sgt. L’Jean McKneely Jr., detectives believe that a passing vehicle opened fire on the vehicle in which Ibrie was traveling.
