In the spring of 2014, the life of 30-year-old Caucasian female, Lucinda Ann White, was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On March 24, 2014, a vibrant mother of three sons, known for her love of writing poems and short stories, was killed. She had harbored aspirations of furthering her education to become a paralegal, a dream that would sadly go unfulfilled.
