In the late hours of a Friday night in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of 32-year-old John Taylor Jr. was tragically cut short. On February 10, 2023, in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood, gunshots rang out on East Muhammad Ali Boulevard near Clay Street. When officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department arrived at the scene around 10:30 p.m., they discovered Taylor suffering from a gunshot wound.
