Kiasha Clovis, an 18-year-old African American female, was tragically found dead on February 13, 2015, in Alexandria, Louisiana. Her death was the result of a gunshot wound to the head. Alongside her, Richard Prenell, a 25-year-old male, was also found dead with a gunshot wound to the head. The incident took place in an apartment on 21st Street in Alexandria.
