In the early hours of a Sunday morning, the quiet of the Daniel Turner Trailer Court in Houma, Louisiana, was shattered by the sound of gunshots. It was shortly after midnight on September 6, 2015, when residents were startled by the violent interruption of the night. Responding to the disturbance, they discovered the body of 37-year-old Jule Lamark, a male resident of Houma. He was found deceased, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
