Travis Moses, a 45-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 1, 2013, in Houma, Louisiana. Moses, a retired U.S. Army veteran, was involved in a fatal altercation at a BP gas station located at 905 Barataria Avenue. The incident occurred during a dispute with another individual, Ketrelle Andre' Bolden, a 23-year-old man from Houma.
