In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Houma, Louisiana, a violent altercation tragically cut short the life of 46-year-old Travis Michael Moses Sr. on December 1, 2013. The male victim was a resident of Houma and a retired U.S. Army veteran. The incident, which also resulted in injuries to a woman, unfolded at a home on St. Charles Street.
