On June 7, 2024, 32-year-old Jordan Armstrong was found fatally shot in his apartment near Lucas-Hunt Road and Lexington Avenue in Velda City, Missouri. Responding to a shooting call around 8 p.m., Pagedale police discovered Armstrong deceased at the scene.
