Pierre Loury, a 16-year-old African American male, was fatally shot by Chicago Police Officer Sean Hitz on April 11, 2016. The incident occurred after Loury fled from a vehicle that had been pulled over by the police. The vehicle matched the description of one involved in an earlier shooting.
