In the fading light of a November evening in 1999, the life of 48-year-old Bruce Leroy Miller, a hardworking owner of an auto salvage yard in Flint, Michigan, came to a violent and abrupt end. On November 8th, his brother Chuck discovered his body lying on the floor of his business, the victim of a close-range shotgun blast.
