In December of 2018, the life of 29-year-old Mark Burnett Jr., a Black male from Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically cut short. His death stemmed from a dispute with Matthew Mancini, then 27, who suspected Burnett of stealing from him. This suspicion led to a fatal confrontation that would ultimately be detailed in court proceedings.
