In the late hours of a Thursday night in Houma, Louisiana, the life of 20-year-old Vincent Andrew Naquin was tragically cut short. On August 8, 2013, Naquin was found deceased inside his Louise Street residence, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound to the chest.
