Philip "NuNu" Ray Baker III, an 18-year-old male from Houma, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2019. Philip, who was a passionate sports enthusiast, hunter, and fisher, was known for his love of family and friends. On that fateful day, he was involved in an argument with a 19-year-old friend over a $10 drug debt at a park in Houma.
