Kerry S. Randolph, a 56-year-old man from Houma, Louisiana, was found dead on July 11, 2016. He had suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was discovered inside his vehicle at the intersection of Howard Avenue and Brittany Street. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on July 10, 2016.
