Travis Gregoire, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2015, in LaPlace, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2 a.m., when a hail of gunfire erupted on State Street. Travis was one of three victims in the shooting, which also claimed the life of his 18-year-old cousin, Sierra Gregoire, and left another 23-year-old male injured. Travis was transported to a local hospital in LaPlace, where he succumbed to his injuries.
