In the Central City neighborhood of New Orleans, on the evening of Sunday, February 28, 2016, the life of Dennis Marshall, a 28-year-old man, was tragically cut short. The incident unfolded in the 2400 block of Dryades Street, a normally quiet residential area that was suddenly shattered by the sound of gunfire.
