Alvin Trigs, a 22-year-old African American male from New Orleans, LA, tragically passed away on October 26, 2016. His death was the result of a homicide, and the incident took place in the 2600 block of Poydras Street. The New Orleans Police Department launched an investigation into his murder, which led to the arrest of Jermaine Reynolds.
