On December 28, 2021, Yabdiel Manuel Rodriquez Aquino, an 18-year-old resident of Chester, Virginia, was tragically killed in a shooting incident at the Arbor Lake Apartments in Chesterfield County. The police were called to the 6800 block of Arbor Lake Drive around 5:45 p.m. after receiving multiple reports of gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, officers found Aquino suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
