Death by Force

Dalton Stone, a 25-year-old male from New Orleans, Louisiana, tragically passed away on September 4, 2018. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred in the 3000 block of Broadway Street. The New Orleans Police Department Homicide detectives identified Robert Lavigne, a 25-year-old Black male, as the perpetrator of the shooting. Lavigne was subsequently indicted by the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office on one count of second-degree murder.
