sequence of events. On the day of his death, Stone was reportedly involved in an argument with a 21-year-old woman named Brayanta Ketchens. Later that day, Ketchens' boyfriend, Devin Anderson, is said to have shot Stone. This initial shooting, however, was not the end of the violence. The Orleans Parish District Attorney's Office subsequently indicted Lavigne on one count of second-degree murder.
