Monique Juanita Smith, a 30-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on March 10, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Monique was found dead in her Gentilly home, located in the 4200 block of Touro Street, alongside her two young sons, Justin Simms Jr. and Jumyrin Smith.
