Earl Moore, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on March 30, 2017, in Coushatta, Louisiana. Moore was shot multiple times at the Red River Estates Apartments. His death has been a source of immense pain and frustration for his family, who have been seeking justice for years. The Shreveport NAACP chapter has also been involved, questioning the delays in the judicial process and advocating for a trial to bring closure to Moore's family.
