descending on the street. One witness recounted hearing a man screaming, 'I'm sorry, I can't believe I did this.' This man was later identified as 44-year-old Bernab Aguia. In a statement to police, a Decatur man claimed that he had shot his wife while he was intoxicated and playing with a firearm.
