Jessica Dunbar, a 30-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on May 28, 2017, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her death was a result of a fatal shooting that occurred after she left a party around 3:20 A.M. on that fateful Sunday. Jessica was known for her vibrant smile, generosity, and nurturing nature, which endeared her to all who knew and loved her.
