Garrett Gee Money Burton, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 10, 2017, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Known by his stage name "Da Real Gee Money," Burton was a rising star in the local rap scene. He was found dead after being shot on the 1900 block of Dallas Drive at approximately 1:30 a.m. The police pronounced him dead at the scene.
