In the quiet evening of September 17, 2017, in Bossier City, Louisiana, the life of Justin Russell Lowrey, a 29-year-old male, was tragically cut short. Lowrey, a trim carpenter and father of two young boys, was found deceased in the parking lot located behind the Village Square East townhomes. The cause of his death was determined to be a gunshot wound, marking another life lost to gun violence.
