In the quiet evening of September 17, 2017, in Bossier City, Louisiana, the life of Justin Russell Lowrey, a 29-year-old male, was tragically cut short. Lowrey, a trim carpenter and father of two young boys, was found deceased in the parking lot located behind the Village Square East townhomes. The cause of his death was determined to be a gunshot wound, marking another life lost to gun violence.

were inside the nearby residence. The devastating event left a profound void in the lives of his family and friends. Described as a kind-hearted man with an incredible laugh and a great sense of humor, he was a 2006 graduate of Bossier High School and was known for his love for his children.
