Jerome Durham, a 37-year-old African American male, was found fatally shot inside a residence on Scott Street in Bossier City, Louisiana, on July 8, 2020. Responding officers from the Bossier City Police Department arrived at the scene at approximately 5:58 p.m. after receiving a report of a shooting. Despite the efforts of Bossier City firefighters, Durham was pronounced dead at the scene.
