Joe Williams Jr., a 65-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on July 24, 2020, in Bossier City, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 3:20 p.m. in the parking lot of the Cash 'N A Flash Pawn Shop located at 4601 East Texas Street. The altercation began as an argument between Joe Williams Jr. and Colton Matthews, a 23-year-old Caucasian male, which escalated into violence.
