In the early morning hours of September 25, 2018, the quiet of a Bossier City, Louisiana neighborhood was shattered by a fatal act of violence. Tech. Sgt. Joshua L. Kidd, a 30-year-old male, was discovered unresponsive outside his residence with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene by firefighters. Kidd, a dedicated member of the U.S. Air Force, served as a loading standardization crew chief with the 2nd Maintenance Group at Barksdale Air Force Base. His military car ...
