William Christopher Flowers, a 40-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on March 24, 2016, in Bossier City, Louisiana. The incident occurred during a physical altercation between Flowers and his friend and co-worker, Patrick Newton Harris, outside Harris' home on Melissa Lane in the Madison Place subdivision. The two men, who worked together at AT&T in Shreveport, had a history of conflict, with Flowers having previously engaged in an affair with Harris' wife.
