Murdered

On October 3, 2023, Michael Hawkins, 38, of Bossier City, Louisiana, was fatally shot following an argument that escalated into violence. The incident occurred around 1:35 a.m. on the 1200 block of Waller Street, where officers found Hawkins with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest. He was transported to Ochsner LSU Health Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
