In the early evening hours of July 1, 2020, emergency services in Bossier City, Louisiana, received multiple reports of a shooting at the Pelican Gardens apartment complex located at 1820 East Texas Street. Upon their arrival just before 8:00 p.m., police officers discovered an unresponsive male inside one of the apartments.
