Jeremy Davis, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 24, 2016, in Bossier City, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the Meadowview area of Bossier City, where Davis resided with his family. On the night of the incident, Davis was involved in a verbal altercation with Jeffery Sanchez Smith, the 45-year-old long-time boyfriend of Davis's mother. The argument reportedly began over a case of bottled water and quickly escalated into a violent confrontation.
