George Rodrigues Pereira Jr., a 33-year-old man, was last seen on January 7, 2002, in Redwood City, California. He had just been released from the San Mateo County Jail when he vanished and has not been heard from since. Pereira, who was 5'8" and weighed 175 pounds, had brown hair and hazel eyes, with a distinguishing scar on his left knee. Despite multiple efforts to locate him, little information has surfaced regarding his whereabouts or what might have happened after his release.
