A young man's life was cut short in New Orleans, leaving a void in the hearts of his family and friends. Walter Percy Scott, known affectionately as 'Walggie,' was a 21-year-old native and resident of the city. His passing occurred on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at the University Medical Center of New Orleans.
