In the early morning hours of Saturday, September 1, 2018, the life of 28-year-old Kevin Calais, a male resident of Lafayette, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. In a violent encounter on Netta Drive, Calais sustained gunshot wounds. The Lafayette Police Department reported that the shooting occurred at approximately 4 o'clock in the morning.
